Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in website management.
  • Proficiency with WordPress.
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and UX principles.
  • Prefer experience in web development using PHP code base.
  • Understanding of strategic and technical implications of Large Language Models and how to leverage these tools effectively.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
  • Understanding of ADA compliance, privacy regulations (FERPA, HIPAA awareness), and web security standards.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong team spirit and positive attitude who is a cultural addition to the team, representing our iCARE values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a performance marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations including content updates, structural improvements, and technical performance maintenance.
  • Design and add new web pages, modify and update existing web pages, maintain current links, and perform other duties related to web development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support publishing of website content, optimize pages, and ensure branding consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and user experience principles.
  • Optimize the user experience and improve conversion KPIs utilizing the latest UX/UI principles.
  • Report usage analytics and collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies to improve search engine and discoverability results.
  • Design and update code to monitor traffic and conversions connected to CRM.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical resolutions with IT or third-party developers, as needed.
  • Implement security protocols, manage CMS upgrades, plugins, and integrations.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits and maintain editorial accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
