Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or closely related.
  • 4 years (48 months) of experience with BIM management within the construction industry.
  • Experience with BIM 360, ACC or other Common Data Environment.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Integrated project delivery (IPD) and lean construction principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and protocols for projects.
  • Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) to maintain a smooth workflow, address model-related issues, and ensure access to the most up-to-date information for effective collaboration.
  • Create BIM models for different BIM platforms.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective BIM integration.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and data.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
  • Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.
  • Ensure that BIM deliverables meet the required standards and are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative BIM solutions.
  • Manage and resolve BIM-related issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
