Web User Experience and Interface Designer Description - The HP.com UX/UI Designer will create user-friendly and visually appealing digital products by focusing on both the user interface and the overall user experience. This involves understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing teams to execute visual designs from the beginning concepts to final designs for development. Familiar with HP Design Tools; p roficiency in (PC-based) Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin and AEM platform. Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with others both stakeholders, in-house studio teams and developers. Ability to identify design problems and develop creative solutions. Ability to follow, adapt and execute on HP Brand Guidelines. Familiarity with building and maintaining a complex web design library, shared with multiple cross-function teams. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year Degree in Design, Interactive Design or Fine Arts or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, web marketing or brand marketing.
