Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print Laminator Operator to be responsible for operating a solventless laminator at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product. Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today! Schedule: 1st shift hours are from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday Pay: $21 - $23 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed. What will I do in this role? Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions. Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures. Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards. Ensure product adhesive weight and appearance. Maintain adhesives. Ensure proper sleeve, tensions, machine alignment and settings on each job. Web the laminator. Clean the laminator. Install sleeves and assist in installing rollers. Install shafts in the turrets. Great benefits for the entire family!
