Belmark is seeking an individual to join our team at our Web-to-Print Pressure Sensitive plant in De Pere, WI. You may be wondering - what do we do here at Belmark? Well, we create many of the labels, cartons, pressure sensitive and flexible film we as consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for all associated equipment and process implemented in the Finishing Department in Web-to-Print. This includes all functions of the Digicon Finishing Platforms as well as the Coupon Folding Equipment and Omega Coupon Inserter. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. Expected to operate the machines at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high quality product. Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today! Schedule: 3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday Overtime after 36 hours! Pay: $23.00 - $25 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed. The shift differential for 3rd shift is $2.00 more per hour What will I do in this role? Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to established standards. Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures. Web the finishing units. Clean the finishing units. Perform routine maintenance on the finishing units. Complete necessary job paperwork. Understand and properly utilize computer based hardware and software associated. Keep work area and the machine organized and clean. Responsible for meeting 48 hour stated turnaround objective. May cross train in other areas of Web-to-Print. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Will have job duties specific to our Hazardous Waste Management Program for the proper disposal of spent solvents, waste inks and other designated waste products. Some of the responsibilities include the placement of waste solvents/inks in designated waste drums, labeling of waste drums and moving waste drums to designated storage locations.
