About the position
The Web Team Manager at the University of Idaho is responsible for overseeing the application of web engagement technologies to support strategic marketing and communication goals. This role involves managing a team of web coordinators and technicians, ensuring that web efforts are effectively planned, resourced, and executed.
Responsibilities
- Select, train, mentor and evaluate staff
- Oversee team workload and assign effort to team members
- Plan, prioritize, resource and execute on web efforts
- Analyze, evaluate and report on efforts
- Advise stakeholders on how to utilize web-based engagement tools
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
