About The Position
As a Manager, you will lead a team of Web Solutions Engineers (WSE) to drive project work, define internal roadmaps, and make critical technical contributions across multiple problems within our team's projects. You will leverage our experience in multiple web technologies and related backend systems to provide scalable solutions. You will guide our team in developing high-quality web applications, key tools, and systems for structuring and processing agreements, managing partner deals, and automating payments. You will oversee the design, building, and deployment of scalable software platforms for stakeholders and will ensure our team adheres to Google's software development best practices and collaborates effectively across teams to close product gaps, solve business needs, and bring efficiency. You will provide technical leadership, setting technical direction and priorities for the team. You will mentor and advise our team members and contribute to the broader WSE community at Google by sharing ideas. You will manage project priorities and resources, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and speed. You will also engage in community contributions to improve Google's culture and operations.
