The Web QA/Process Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity, functionality, and consistency of digital experiences across all web platforms. This role leads quality assurance efforts, manages content validation processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards and deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in website QA, regression testing, and digital process management.

  • Familiarity with QA tools, content management systems, and agile workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough QA and regression testing of website features, tools, and third-party integrations before and after deployments.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate new features, bug fixes, and system updates.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, developers, and designers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with Lines of Business (LOBs) to validate website content.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing outcomes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Support the selection, design, development and promotion of digital experiences.
  • Complete basic analysis of digital experience, market trends and third party requirements.
  • Assist in the development of a business case, business plan and roll-out of experiences.
  • Help locate and evaluate new vendors including assisting in the negotiation and administration of contracts.
  • Execute customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
  • Support risk management, compliance and audit needs as necessary.
  • Assist with the development of appropriate training materials for front line staff.
  • Develop and maintain business reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences.
