Madden is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Project Manager to join our team and expand their expertise within a full service destination marketing agency. As a Web Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of website and campaign initiatives for our clients in the travel and tourism industry. As this transition occurs, day-to-day duties will include work for existing and new clients during phases of project creation, kick-off, project duration, and post-launch. Your role will be to work with a collaborative team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns inclusive of ads and landing pages, print guides and more for travelers to learn and experience destinations all over the United States. On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for the following: Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive plans covering timelines, milestones, and resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (web developers, designers, content writers, and clients) for seamless execution. Client Communication: Act as the secondary client contact and primary contact for the project team, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and deliverables, while addressing concerns promptly. Scope & Quality Management: Collaborate to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, manage scope changes effectively, and implement quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites. Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage budgets to deliver projects within financial constraints and optimize resource use for efficiency and maximization. Risk Management & Timeline Adherence: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, monitor timelines closely to ensure on-schedule completion, and address delays swiftly. Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
