About The Position

The Web Production Analyst is a non-coding position focused on the precision implementation of digital content and SEO updates. You will be the engine that keeps site quality high, working directly within various Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure that SEO recommendations and on-page content are executed flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who is exceptionally organized, enjoys the "flow state" of detailed execution, and takes pride in maintaining site integrity across complex digital environments.

Requirements

  • Technical Comfort: While you don’t need to write code, you should be highly comfortable navigating the back-end of various CMS platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who notices a double space or a broken link from a mile away. Precision is your middle name.
  • Inference & Logic: You can look at a complex set of instructions or a site structure and infer the best process for execution without needing a step-by-step manual for every task.
  • Dependability: You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and can be counted on to meet deadlines and communicate progress transparently.
  • Strong Documentation: You understand that a task isn't "done" until it is documented and the stakeholder is notified.
  • Proven experience working within WordPress , Shopify , or Drupal (experience with multiple CMS platforms is a significant plus).
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles (the "what" and "why" behind on-page updates).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a digital agency or a high-volume content environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • CMS Execution: Implement on-page content updates, metadata, and SEO enhancements across platforms including WordPress, Drupal, Shopify , and other custom CMS environments.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous self-checks to ensure all updates align with provided briefs and maintain visual/functional consistency across web pages.
  • SEO Support: Accurately update title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking structures based on strategist recommendations.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain clear records of updates made and contribute to the development of structured workflows for content deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO, Account Management, and Development teams to ensure project timelines are met and requirements are understood.
