We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Music's tiers of service. You will help build and launch new product marketing initiatives supporting all Amazon Music tiers, working cross-functionally across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps. A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have exceptional product marketing, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. We are seeking someone who is passionate about web strategy, UX and providing great customer experiences. This role will be focused on maximizing the value of Amazon Music websites and assets by optimizing for search, UX and conversion in order to achieve business goals. Overall, you will be entrepreneurial and scale testing and optimization programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with deep understanding of web standards and a solid understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, and user experience
  • Experience using various web technologies/front end coding, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
  • Experience working with web technology, application development, and content management systems

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Technical MarTech tooling like Adobe Experience Manager or Gradial knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch and optimize web funnels and landing pages to drive conversion
  • Partner with subject matter experts to drive growth through end-to-end campaign optimization, A/B testing and localization
  • Generate break-through analytical insights that drive significant conversion improvement, CPA efficiencies and traffic growth
  • Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and conversion
  • Work closely with product and UX teams to design and develop landing pages
  • Identify opportunities for technical and platform improvement, quantify impact and drive tool/platform improvements with product and technical teams
  • Partner with SEO, SEM leads to drive growth and develop best in class plans
  • Oversee content and design strategy and execution to ensure SEO, funnel, UX and conversion best practices
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
