About The Position

This Web Producer will join the Global Web Production team to build localized digital experiences across all twenty three of the Workday regional websites. They will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing and Project Managers to drive product demand and grow the sales pipeline through high-quality digital experiences. The team is composed of collaborative digital subject matter experts who focus on doing their best work, being trusted partners and measuring results.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years web production experience building and publishing websites in AEM content management system in a B2B environment.
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building emails (Marketo is highly desired).
• Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
• Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a talent for translating sophisticated technical requirements into clear, simple terms for non-technical audiences
• English language proficiency both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily production tasks within our project management system (Workfront experience is highly desired).
• Edit and publish web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using our CMS (AEM) and other tools.
• Partner with global marketing, engineering, agency and creative teams to implement new programs, features and updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Create campaign landing pages ensuring accurate tracking is implemented
• Build compelling email campaigns and nurture programs.
• Adhere to Workday design, accessibility, and production guidelines.
• Proactively QA our sites to identify and resolve bugs, typos, and other areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of web production processes
• Influence and optimize web production workflows
