About The Position

Midstates Printing is seeking a full time Commerical Print Estimator at our facility located in Aberdeen, South Dakota. We are a family owned and operated Commercial Printing Business. We are seeking a skilled Web Press Printing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining web printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Web Press Printing Operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor web printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance and quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the printing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
