In this role you will The Web Lead owns the strategy and roadmap for Empathy’s website. They drive continuous improvement of our web experience through data‑driven experimentation, conversion optimization, and site performance excellence. This role combines analytics expertise, UX optimization, and technical curiosity to turn insights into measurable growth — ensuring every visitor interaction is fast, intuitive, and conversion‑focused. This role is based in New York and reports to the Flatiron office 3 days a week.
