About The Position
Ciplex is a West Hollywood based mid-sized Web Design / Development & Marketing Agency focused on providing real solutions to businesses looking for a return on their investment. An Inc. 500 Company and the 10th fastest growing private company in Los Angeles, Ciplex provides a fast paced, results-driven work environment that is both fun and rewarding for their 40+ employee staff. Ciplex is currently looking for a strong, creative and motivated full-time, in-house web / interactive designer to join our group to help us scale to meet the demands of our rapid growth. This position will work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to the local mom and pop store, while offering competitive pay, reasonably flexible scheduling and a great health benefits plan.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in web design.
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task, work efficiently and manage time appropriately.
- Must be able to properly pre-plan design sprints to best make use of allocated time.
- Must demonstrate a strong experience with Information Architecture.
- Ability to demonstrate great communication skills, both with the team and with clients.
- Ability to work independently to complete a project from beginning to end.

Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of UX is a big plus.
- The desired candidate will also have some practical experience with Print / Brand & Identity.
- Typography experience is a big plus, as good type is the foundation to great web interfaces.
