About The Position

ACDI’s Web & Digital Experience Specialist owns and executes ACDI’s digital ecosystem, including the company website, reseller portal, and internal intranet. This role leads a full website redesign and serves as the long-term steward of all digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is both technical and creative - with a strong eye for design, a passion for user experience, and the ability to craft compelling digital content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proven experience leading website redesigns
  • Strong WordPress experience required (or equivalent relevant experience similar to WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • SEO experience with measurable results
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Search Console
  • SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) ● Strong writing and editing skills ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ● Portfolio of digital work preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full website redesign and rebuild
  • Maintain and update website content on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
  • Optimize site UX and conversion paths
  • Manage WordPress CMS and plugins
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility and drive traffic
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and site performance
  • Utilize GA4 and Search Console to inform decisions
  • Build and manage ACDI’s reseller portal
  • Organize all partner-facing collateral in a clean, intuitive structure
  • Maintain version control and governance of materials
  • Improve portal UX based on reseller feedback
  • Centralize marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, videos, case studies)
  • Maintain clean organization, tagging, and searchability
  • Ensure materials are up-to-date and brand-compliant
  • Build and manage an internal documentation hub
  • Organize SOPs, training materials, templates, and resources
  • Improve internal knowledge sharing and accessibility
  • Write and edit website copy
  • Develop blog content and thought leadership
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Understand and execute marketing strategy goals
  • Maintain ACDI branding standards
  • Adhere to all ACDI policies and procedures
  • Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with ACDI’s mission and values
