About The Position

Nexagen Networks is seeking a Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Web Developer / UI Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web-based applications. This role focuses on translating user requirements into effective technical solutions while ensuring optimal performance, usability, and visual design. The ideal candidate will possess strong web development expertise, UI/UX design experience, and proficiency with HTML-based technologies, along with experience supporting multimedia content and modern web platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS) with less than 5 years of relevant professional experience OR Associate Degree with 7+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications
Design, create, modify, and maintain websites and web-based applications
Develop new software applications and enhance existing systems based on specifications
Design and improve user interface components, site animations, and special-effects elements
Integrate websites with other applications and systems as required
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video content into compatible web formats
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through testing and debugging
Ensure website functionality, performance, capacity, and security through ongoing maintenance
Support current and future web-based technologies and application frameworks
Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and system documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web solutions support organizational strategies and external communications
