The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Enrollment Management Communications Team is looking for a dynamic Web Developer to lead the design, development, and strategy of our digital presence. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive impactful web projects that directly support student recruitment, retention and engagement. You'll collaborate with a passionate, driven team and a variety of stakeholders to ensure our web content is modern, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with UAF's mission and brand. As a key team member, you'll manage and maintain enrollment-related websites, troubleshoot issues, retrofit older pages, and create compelling digital content - including photos, graphics, animations and layouts. You'll also take a strategic lead on developing site architectures, improving web usability and accessibility, and integrating data from multiple sources to inform your decisions. Your efforts will help shape the digital experience for thousands of prospective and current students. This role also includes critical application and technical support responsibilities, using productivity software for project management, developing and managing web forms for CRM data collection, and creating engaging data visualizations with tools like Google Data Studio. You'll bring technical expertise in UI/UX design, a sharp eye for analytics and optimization, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
