About The Position

Our work depends on a Website Developer joining our team to design and develop websites supporting a DoD program in Tampa, Florida. HOW A WEBSITE DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Websites may be presented in left to right or right to left script. Develops and implements interfaces, designs and UX patterns. Creates workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product features. Translates mockups to WordPress or html/js/css templates and specifications. Conducts regular research and applies insights to make informed recommendations for product enhancement. Collaborates with a team of content curators to achieve optimal user experience. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's Degree required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree Experience: 1-3 years' experience required. Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Experience working with multilingual websites and/or platforms. Working knowledge of JavaScript; Requires proficiency in WordPress, HTML and CSS, with a proficiency in design tools. Security clearance level: Active DoD Secret required (minimum) Skills and abilities: Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes, and adapt to evolving requirements, with an ability to thrive in multi-cultural work environment. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
