The Montre Program is seeking an experienced Web Developer with JIRA experience to manage and optimize a new installation of JIRA/Confluence and upgrade existing Web resources. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Web Development administration, Atlassian, JIRA and Confluence implementation. This position requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment, can adapt to complex customer needs, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the JIRA platform and related solutions. Assist in JIRA-related projects and assess/implement new capabilities as needed throughout the organization. Build and maintain responsive, interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, Integrate the required support for compatibility with existing tools and services Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in Jira/Confluence Audit, improve, and automate processes and workflows as needed; determine ways to optimize Jira/Confluence Coordinate with Customer Jira/Confluence Admin to provide suggestions, and solutions to system configuration as needed Provide ad-hoc Program support with application, system, issue, and project level configuration as needed At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better.
