This is an On-Site position for a Web Developer at CNH Industrial Reman, located in Springfield, MO. The Web Developer will be responsible for the innovative design, development, layout, and maintenance of the company's web applications and sites. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications. The Web Developer will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as external partners, to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement them effectively. The essential responsibilities include writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices. The developer will integrate data from various back-end services and databases, collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure that the web applications meet business needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining current e-Commerce pages, optimizing product digital pages, managing Google Tag Manager, and ensuring proper functionality of search features and conversion tracking. SEO development and maintenance are also key components of this position, including working with SEM Rush for website recommendations and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance Google page rankings. The Web Developer will be responsible for creating site backups, updating plugins and themes, and generating monthly reports on keywords, page KPIs, and cart revenue. Staying up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies is crucial, as is troubleshooting and debugging issues across multiple browsers and devices. The role also requires compliance with established change management policies and procedures, overseeing the planning and execution of multiple deployment projects, and managing the web development budget.
