About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Web Developer in the Americas. As a Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence and online experience of the company. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, build, and optimize websites and landing pages that engage users, boost conversions, and support growth initiatives. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with the brand, from page performance to mobile experience and SEO. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, innovative, and fully remote environment across the Americas.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments.
  • Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (Styled Components), and TailwindCSS.
  • Experience with Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful.
  • Strong understanding of UI design, cross-browser compatibility, web standards, and SEO/GEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Gatsby and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of website monitoring and user behavior analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to launch new web pages, interactive experiences, and high-converting landing pages.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing website using a Headless CMS, ensuring easy content management.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile performance, SEO, and overall usability.
  • Implement A/B tests and analyze user behavior to drive data-informed improvements.
  • Ensure all code is clean, modern, responsive, and compatible across browsers and devices.
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold the highest standards in website quality and security.
