Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Web Designer who's excited about visual storytelling and delivering high-impact designs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can balance creativity with precision. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery. The role is based in Ukraine. Team composition: Team of 6 including the Art Director, Design Team Lead, 1 Senior Designer, 2 Designers, and 1 Web Designer.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in web design
Strong proficiency in Figma and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with design systems and responsive design
Ability to create engaging visuals and concepts aligned with marketing objectives
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, composition, typography, and color
Experience working with Jira
Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
Fluent in Ukrainian; English an Intermediate (B1+) or higher.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.)

Responsibilities

Design and develop landing pages and web interfaces aligned with modern UX/UI principles
Preparing designs for responsive versions (desktop / tablet / mobile)
Develop creative and effective web banners for marketing campaigns (SMM, PPC, email, etc.)
Adapt and scale design concepts across different sizes and formats
Working with the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency in styles, components, and guidelines.
Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to deliver cohesive, on-brand design solutions.
