Requirements

• Mastery of video/photo editing software.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and their application in web development.
• A passion for design with an understanding of core concepts and fundamentals.
• Desire to continue learning and keep up with the design industry.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing experience in designing websites and web app dashboards.
• Experience with project tools such as Basecamp and G-Suite.
• Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with e-commerce website design.
• Familiarity with design tools and software beyond Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Designing unique and client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
• Creating wireframes, website mockups, and other related graphics for both desktop and mobile devices based on creative briefs.
• Drawing vector icons and other illustrations.
• Attending and participating in client meetings to plan and achieve client goals through design.
• Collaborating with copywriters, SEO team, developers, and other teams to establish project vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Preparing design files for hand-off to developers.
• Ensuring projects are completed according to schedule while applying methodology and following quality standards.
