About The Position

The Interactive Project Manager at Ignite Visibility will oversee a variety of creative and web-based projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while aligning with the agency's creative vision. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to manage both internal teams and client relationships effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in hands-on production and project management of creative and website projects in a creative or advertising agency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creative production.
• Familiarity with online platforms including CMS (WordPress, Joomla) and e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Strong organizational, meeting management, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sketch, Adobe xD, Figma.
• Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
• Experience with Adobe Media Encoder or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in developing and maintaining project scopes and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project timelines for various creative projects.
• Manage a wide variety of creative projects simultaneously, including integrated campaigns and website development.
• Create and maintain schedules and budgets, securing necessary approvals and coordinating communication across teams.
• Work closely with internal agency teams to ensure the client's vision is realized and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Manage ongoing daily communication with clients, including weekly status updates.
• Provide strategic branding thought leadership and expertise to expand business relationships.
• Oversee the development of creative briefs and implement new processes for efficiency.
• Support the Interactive Producer in managing vendor paperwork and the invoice process.
