Requirements

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with 1+ years focused on B2B or technology web content.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of branding and storytelling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for the B2B website, including product pages, solution pages, and resource center.
• Collaborate with in-house SEO specialists to optimize web content for search engines and AI using best practices and relevant keywords.
• Maintain the company's brand voice across digital content, ensuring consistency with the editorial style guide.
• Work closely with product subject matter experts and UX designers to create cohesive and engaging copy that meets webpage goals.
• Steward the copy review and approval workflow, ensuring necessary sign-offs for publication.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Take direction from creative leaders and subject matter experts to improve drafted copy.
