Web and Digital Interface Designer I| Active Secret Clearance Required
About The Position
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking creative and detail-oriented Web and Digital Interface Designer I professionals to support digital content management and user interface design within a federal program environment. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across enterprise collaboration platforms while ensuring compliance with branding, usability, and communication standards. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to present complex information in clear, structured, and visually engaging formats. This position requires full-time onsite support in San Diego, CA and an active Secret clearance at time of hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Atlassian Confluence, SharePoint Online
- Knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite platforms, Figma
- Basic HTML
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, publish, and manage digital content across official online collaboration platforms
- Design and format strategy management pages, dashboards, and digital artifacts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure digital content aligns with organizational branding standards, style guides, and communication policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and present complex information in accessible digital formats
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper linkage of official online content
- Maintain and update strategy management websites and supporting documentation
- Assist in preparing digital materials for corporate meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions
- Train and guide personnel on formatting, styling, and publishing official information online
- Monitor platform usability and recommend enhancements to improve navigation and user experience
- Provide status updates and reporting to Government leadership regarding website and content management activities
