About The Position

In this role, you will take full ownership of website experimentation, analytics implementation, and conversion optimization initiatives, directly impacting user experience and business performance. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, working closely with design, engineering, copy, and growth teams to design, launch, and analyze A/B tests. This position offers strong exposure to experimentation strategy, data-driven decision-making, and technical execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate tracking, reliable analytics, and actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement. With high ownership and hands-on responsibilities, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and product execution. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while collaborating across US time zones.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics, CRO, experimentation, or digital optimization roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and experimentation platforms such as VWO or Optimizely.
  • Proven experience managing A/B tests end-to-end, including QA, launch, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of conversion optimization principles, experimentation methodologies, and statistical interpretation.
  • Experience with heatmap and session recording tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Crazy Egg.
  • Comfort working directly in CMS platforms and managing live website updates.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work PST or overlapping US business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Webflow, Directus, basic HTML/CSS, Power BI, and experimentation prioritization frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end website experimentation and CRO execution, including test setup, QA, deployment, monitoring, analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Build, manage, and optimize A/B tests across layouts, copy, images, and page elements using experimentation platforms.
  • Implement, maintain, and validate GA4 tracking, custom events, and funnel reporting through Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure data quality by troubleshooting tracking issues, validating tags, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Translate experiment results and behavioral data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps and session recordings to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve a structured experimentation roadmap informed by insights, learnings, and performance outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, copy, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth and timely experiment delivery.
  • Support website updates through CMS tools and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational workflows.
