Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Media team based on data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized reports and dashboards. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize website and marketing performance. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in web analytics. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Looker and other relevant platforms effectively. Identify opportunities for improvement in website usability and conversion rate optimization. Work closely with the UX/UI, Media and Web Development teams to ensure accurate tracking and data integration. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Implement tagging strategies to track full funnel marketing campaigns accurately. Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions. Implement data visualization techniques to convey insights effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in DTC analytics or agency consulting, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile or fiber to the home industries
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Databricks, Power BI, Funnel.io and other web analytics tools.
