About The Position

The Web Administrator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, operation, and optimization of the company’s eCommerce and web ecosystem. This role serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the website, integrations, and APIs function reliably while supporting sales, marketing, and reseller needs Guided by PRL’s core values of Transformation, Extraordinary, and Community, this position reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, discretion, and service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web administration, eCommerce operations, or digital platform management.
  • Familiarity with middleware and relational database concepts
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Understanding of API connections and how they function
  • Experience supporting eCommerce distributors and resellers through API-based ordering
  • Strong understanding of website administration and eCommerce platforms
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Magento and system integrations preferred
  • Comfortable working with third-party vendors and conducting discovery calls

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the daily operation of the Premier Research Labs website.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, security, and overall site health.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Coordinate with development, design, and content teams to implement updates and improvements.
  • Translate business requirements from sales and marketing into technical needs for development teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align priorities and timelines.
  • Manage existing and new eCommerce API connections.
  • Own the API reseller experience, including distributors and resellers who order from our website for use on their own platforms.
  • Support and manage integrations between Magento and downstream systems.
  • Oversee data flow across systems using middleware solutions (e.g., Celigo).
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between Magento and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Monitor site performance, usage, and integrations through analytics and reporting.
  • Conduct QA testing for new features, integrations, and updates to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Manage web-related support tickets and requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Conduct discovery calls with vendors and technology partners.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and reseller initiatives.
