About The Position
It’s a great time to join Velcro Companies! The position involves operating a set of up to 60 looms following Standard Work Instruction and meeting takt time. The operator is responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards, as well as completing necessary paperwork. The job requires the operator to perform various essential functions including operating looms, repairing breaks, performing style changes, and ensuring construction conforms to style sheets. The operator will also be accountable for personal goals and Weave Room team goals.
