BAE Systems is seeking a Team Lead Weapon System Integration Scheduler to support a diverse and complex Enterprise Integrated Master Schedules (EIMS) for multiple ACAT programs and stakeholders. This position will be the lead scheduler for their respective program. The position interacts directly with the customer, offering support across the spectrum of program acquisition, sustainment, integration, scheduling baseline control, analysis, and reporting. This position will track and assess program status, technical performance, contract performance, schedule, and risk. Employee will serve as the lead of selected technical project(s) and acts as a liaison between the customer and internal scheduling team. Employee must be capable of providing the following: Provides status of projects, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Candidate will perform the following duties: Establish and maintain multiple project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software and other project scheduling tools, as required. Ensure all schedules are fully compliant with industry standards, DoD schedule policies, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements, and DCMA 14-Point Assessment. Review and analyze contractor schedules for compliance with DID requirements and import into Primavera to integrate with Acquisition schedules. Develop, review and analyze Government schedules, including duration, relationships, constraints, and critical path. Identify schedule risks and opportunities. Review and recommend schedule work-around and recovery plans. Perform schedule analysis and identify trends using schedule metrics, such as BEI and SPI. Coordinate inputs from various disciplines and functions to consolidate into the project master schedule and ensure accurate reporting to government customer. Lead scheduling status reviews with customers. Prepare summary level and detailed schedules for briefings. Preferred experience in preparation of reports, inclusive of impacts, logic changes, float and delays. Build collaborative internal relationships with program team as well as external relationships with customers, other agencies, and business partners. Work with IMS stakeholders to ensure scheduling best practices are implemented across the ICBM System Directorate and interface regularly with government counterparts to comply with evolving support requirements and mission objectives.
