Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identify needs and solutions
  • Strong team player, embodies a “We” mentality
  • Adept problem-solver and independently resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context
  • Advanced Excel abilities; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and WealthTech tools (Addepar is a plus)
  • 1-5 years of experience in wealth management (Family Office/MFO is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Series 65 license, or ability to obtain within three months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and WealthTech tools (Addepar is a plus)
  • 1-5 years of experience in wealth management (Family Office/MFO is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Exceed client expectations – providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships Act as a key point of contact, proactively addressing client needs and requests
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare Excel-based financial exhibits and analyses for clients and prospective clients Assist in the development of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action items
  • Tax & Investment Support: Track and organize tax documents and tax impact events to facilitate timely and accurate filings and payments Build reports on private investments, manage capital calls/distributions, and coordinate subscriptions Review quarterly investment portfolio performance reports and monitor client accounts
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Liaise with clients’ external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to see through collaborative initiatives Coordinate account management with internal teams (ie. transfers, trading, openings, etc.)
  • Process & Technology: Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions Leverage Salesforce to document and track client activity
