About The Position

Wealth Performance & Analytics The role performs analysis and predictive modeling for key business decisions and strategic initiatives focused on headcount, gearing, productivity, operations, and sales across the Wealth and Distribution areas. This job develops, implements, and supports business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide insights and recommendations to management. Key Responsibilities and Duties Develops capacity planning and business models utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to provide actionable insights and recommendations for management to ensure effective utilization of resources Performs various strategic and ad-hoc analyses involving the creation and distribution of reports and/or dashboards based on findings through data exploration, analysis, and modeling efforts Monitors and maintains talent databases to ensure data availability, accessibility, and accuracy Liaises with other functions within the organization, such as HR, Information Technology, and Business Leaders; presents to senior management on results and analytical insights
