  • Work within the Annex Wealth Management team to provide comprehensive wealth management to the communities we service.
  • Facilitate the Financial Planning process by conducting meaningful discovery conversations focusing on the prospect or client’s values, goals, and objectives.
  • Cultivate and lead clients through ongoing relationship reviews to ensure we are meeting and addressing their needs.
  • Responsible for engaging in business development (to include prospecting, development of external and internal referral sources, use of personal and professional contacts) to deliver results.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal partners and teammates.
  • Commit to continuing education, training and talent development and act as a mentor to new team members.
  • Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of ethics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning principles.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to drive referrals, organic asset growth, and retention.
  • Proficiency in wealth management platforms, CRM systems, and financial planning tools (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Black Diamond/Orion, Holistiplan, Emoney, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset, especially in high-touch service environments.
  • Advanced designations preferred, (ex. CFP).
