Job Location Details: This is a remote position open to candidates living in or near St. Paul, MN with approximately 1 week every 4-5 weeks required in-office. The Trust Concierge Team provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems for an affluent client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Resolves problems and errors and processes routine customer service requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements is being met and risk is being monitored within designated authority levels. This position is generally the first point of contact for clients being serviced by an administrative team. This position also performs wire callbacks to prevent fraud and assure wire accuracy. This duty is performed for WM Banking and Trust departments. The department also audits Medallion Signature Guarantee requests and applies them as needed. This duty requires the agent to work in office for a week at a time approximately every 4-5 weeks otherwise this position is home-based.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to five years of experience in client/customer service, and fiduciary activities
