About The Position

Waukesha State Bank is offering an exciting Wealth Management & Investments Internship for students interested in building a career in finance, investments, and financial planning. This paid, rotational internship provides hands-on experience across our Wealth Management division, with approximately half of the time spent working directly with our Chief Investment Officer on company research, security analysis, and investment projects. The remainder of the program allows interns to rotate through financial planning, private banking, retirement plan services, business development, and operations, giving you a well-rounded view of how a full-service wealth management team serves clients. The ideal candidate is a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field who is eager to learn, highly analytical, and professionally driven. Interns will support client reporting, portfolio analysis, and market research while gaining exposure to asset managers, client meetings, and real-world investment decision-making.
