The Wealth Management Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of subset advisors in the assigned Growth Team region, connecting advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. Provide support to the Growth Team in delivery of value-added programs and communications to all Tier levels of advisors. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office. Candidates must be located near one of our offices: Currently we are targeting the Dallas, TX area as the primary office location. What you will do: Establish the Tier 3 advisor relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support directly to Tier 3 advisors & their staff. For Tier 2 & Tier 1 advisors, follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement. Create a value-add relationship with advisor back-office support with purpose of gaining trust, improving relationships (end client), satisfaction and retention. Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes. Curate value line driver focused one-to-many webinars for Tier 2 & 3 advisors. Provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.
