Inspire, excel and grow with us U.S. Bank is hiring for a Wealth Management Specialist Assistant to support our Private Wealth Banking customers and U.S. Bank. This individual will be working within delegated authority and/or standard department guidelines, handles day-to-day daily contact between Private Wealth Banking customers and U.S. Bank client calls and transactions and problem resolution, escalating items beyond specified authority to the assigned Banker. Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Develops working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:00pm local time Location: 3 days in Cincinnati, OH or Gresham, OR; 2 days remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of administrative support experience

Responsibilities

  • Handles day-to-day daily contact between Private Wealth Banking customers and U.S. Bank client calls and transactions
  • Problem resolution, escalating items beyond specified authority to the assigned Banker
  • Works proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship
  • Develops working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
