Job Description: This job is responsible for building and leading an organization to deliver technology products and services that meet strategic business outcomes. Key responsibilities include enabling the portfolio strategy by setting strategic technology outcomes, creating a resource and people development strategy, managing the financial and resource plan, advocating and advancing organizational agility, improving end-to-end processes, and promoting learning and improvement. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, and driving leadership succession planning and development of employees. Position Summary: Provides executive leadership for Wealth Management record-keeping and reporting technology, delivering mission‑critical middle‑ and back‑office platforms across Brokerage and Private Bank businesses. Owns Wealth record‑keeping capabilities that underpin regulatory integrity, client reporting, and scalable client servicing. Oversee brokerage processing across statements, tax reporting, trade confirmations, and client communications, ensuring accuracy, resilience, and regulatory compliance. Advances the application of AI and intelligent automation to modernize bookkeeping operations—improving data quality, accelerating processing, strengthening controls, and enabling predictive insights across the wealth lifecycle. Partners with business and operations leaders to leverage technology and AI as a strategic differentiator for client experience, advisor productivity, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Provide enterprise technology leadership for Wealth Management Operations and Servicing, delivering resilient, scalable platforms that underpin critical business processes and client outcomes.
  • Own and evolve client and associate reporting capabilities across the full financial transaction lifecycle, including trade confirmations, tax reporting, account statements, and client communications.
  • Set and drive the strategic technology agenda in close partnership with business and operations leaders, translating business priorities into differentiated, future‑ready platforms.
  • Apply deep technology expertise and commercial acumen to maximize return on investment, accelerate delivery outcomes, and continuously improve execution discipline.
  • Lead large‑scale digital transformation, simplification, and automation initiatives to strengthen operational excellence, efficiency, and control.
  • Maintain end‑to‑end accountability for technology risk across owned applications, platforms, and services, ensuring operational resilience and strong control posture.
  • Ensure full compliance with enterprise policies and all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish clear organizational vision and goals; drive performance, accountability, and sustained employee engagement across a complex, multi‑layered organization.
  • Build strong management systems and operating rhythms that promote inclusive leadership, disciplined execution, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Manages relationships with business and technology executives/sponsors and vendors for technical products and understands the work deliverables and performance of the Technology Management team by following outcomes from business and client feedback
  • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers by sponsoring opportunities that improve processes, staying close to teams and their experiences, and identifying new opportunities to enhance efficiency and gain a competitive advantage
  • Conducts portfolio level resourcing and financial management activities, establishes target outcomes through objectives and key results, tracks strategic technology outcomes aligned to the portfolio strategy, and promotes the organization and its resources to achieve them
  • Facilitates performance and career development of teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
  • Establishes a culture of risk and compliance management, ensuring the organization is compliant with all applicable policies and standards
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with Portfolio strategy by working with Portfolio Product Executives and other value stream stakeholders
  • Manages procurement, vendor evaluations, and negotiating vendor contracts for technical products and services for the organization
