Job Description Responsible for providing support services to relieve Personal Trust administration of cash related activities. Activities include cash disbursements, receipts, reversals, stale dated check support and may include check printing. Reviews and approves others' work. May also include facilitation of wire callback requests and estimated tax payments. May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct special projects; and compose correspondence and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Good verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Trust-related experience preferred
