About The Position

Join our Wealth Management Operations Team as a Part-Time Operations Specialist, where you'll support key functions across our Retirement Plan Services, Investment, and Personal Trust departments. In this role, you'll handle daily cash settlement and balancing, approve cash disbursements, generate fees, reconcile accounts, monitor advisor trades, and assist with scanning and document management. You'll be an essential part of ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth daily operations for both our team and our clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of financial services experience and a solid understanding of investment advisory products and fiduciary account structures. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are all key to success in this role. This is a part-time, onsite position with a consistent weekday schedule-ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make an impact within a community-focused bank.
