  • Being the daily liaison for all income processing and securities movement.
  • Balancing the trust accounting system and DDA/MMA accounts.
  • Processing and reviewing all OFAC/FinCEN compliance reports.
  • Verifying proxy records are accurate and resolving any special proxy handling.
  • Preparing various, periodic operational reviews and reports.
  • Assisting in internal and external audit activity.
  • Additional duties with this position will vary depending upon the initiative/needs of BNC's Wealth Management Division.
  • General understanding of balancing and reconciling various business/accounting activities.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical standards, prioritizing integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and other network applications required for the position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related field preferred.
  • Experience in Wealth Management or related field preferred.
