About The Position

This position reports to the SVP & Senior Wealth Management Officer. This dynamic role is responsible for the daily data processing and posting of various customer trust account activity and file maintenance information into the trust accounting system. The successful candidate will provide existing and prospective clients proper guidance and direction with regards to our BNH products and services. The Client Support Specialist provides administrative support services to assigned Wealth Management department personnel. Support will include (but is not limited to) assisting with the administration of accounts and scheduling client appointments. The incumbent will have direct contact with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals. Build strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients through providing quality service and becoming a trusted resource.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all manners
  • Ability to arrive at sound business decisions and to be able to problem solve
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Two or more years of experience in banking or related position in sales and/or business development

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent working experience
