About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Management Banking - Lead Business Execution Consultant. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. You will drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Your responsibilities will include reviewing strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance, performing assessments through fact-finding and data, and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations. You will make decisions in highly complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans. Collaboration and consultation with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders will be essential to drive strategic initiatives. This individual will focus on all things banking spanning The Private Bank (High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth), Banking Direct (Affluent), engaging with key partners in Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB), Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations, Client Relationship Group (CRG), Core Banking Product (CBP) team, etc. This person will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for banker scorecards and banking gearing and will be responsible for driving project strategy/vision for banking, collaboration with banking leaders, and coordination with CRG leadership on projects.
