About The Position

The Wealth Management Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients while supporting Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. This position focuses on building trusted relationships with clients, enhancing their experience, and assisting in various operational and business development tasks. The associate will engage in digital marketing, financial planning, and client support, ensuring that all service functions are performed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
  • Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and internet applications.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and their teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally.
  • Support the FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely performance of all client service functions and assign work to team members as needed.
  • Provide backup coverage for Client Service Associate responsibilities when required.
  • Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms, sharing best practices with the team.
  • Assist in organizing and executing business plans and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and review client reports or financial plans as requested.
  • Conduct research using firm-approved systems.
