Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with interest in financial markets and investment strategies
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience or education in finance, economics, or business is a plus
Licensing (Series 7/66 or willingness to obtain) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Support senior advisors in client relationship management and investment planning.
Prepare financial plans, proposals, and client meeting materials.
Assist with account reviews, investment research, and performance reporting.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (compliance, operations, investment teams).
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Stay current with market trends, financial products, and regulatory updates.
