Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
  • State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing
  • Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives
  • Ability to work with and learn from top performers
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Desire to pursue professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Equitable Advisors' own Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand your network within established markets
  • Educate clients on our diverse financial products and services, demonstrating how these solutions can be tailored to meet their unique needs
  • Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, prepare and implement appropriate products & services
  • Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time
  • Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities
