About The Position

The Firm oversees $208 billion in client assets as of February 28, 2026. A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Wealth Management Analyst. This individual will work with our Private Advisor team members in a well-rounded role, supporting the financial planning process, and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate integrates well into the team dynamic of the practice, delivers thorough and timely work product with excellence, operates with a high attention to detail, is reliable, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven toward their own professional development and growth within the team. A successful Analyst will have an opportunity to growth within the team and ultimately become an Advisor, Business Developer and/or Senior Analyst.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred and if not, willingness to obtain
  • BA/BS degree
  • Excellent client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing market conditions, reporting needs and requirements
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with need to sometimes reprioritize projects
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Bloomberg, Envestnet & various performance reporting systems such as Tamarac and Black Diamond

Nice To Haves

  • CFP® practitioner designation or candidacy preferred. CIMA, CFA and other wealth management designations a plus
  • Investment knowledge/experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect financial data and documents from clients to build detailed client profiles
  • Assist in client meeting preparation, including, build and analyze client financial statements, develop financial planning insights and run portfolio allocation and performance reports
  • Create Monte Carlo analyses and other capital projections to model specific client scenarios
  • Liaise with clients third party service providers (CPA, attorney, insurance agent, etc.)
  • Participate in Investment Committee Meetings; provide information and background for management to make investment decisions and changes. Present to management new ideas and adjustments to existing investments. Ability to articulate the reasons for each recommendation.
  • Research and analysis of investment information to assist management in portfolio decision-making
  • Perform due diligence on new and existing investment managers in traditional and alternative investments
  • Trade and implement client investment strategies (firm will support necessary licensing)
