Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. As a key member of the service team, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools, financial planning, reporting and analysis. The position involves assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups. It also provides backup coverage for traditional Client Service Associate responsibilities, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions, educating clients on digital tools, and entering unsolicited or solicited orders. Analysts are expected to remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms. Furthermore, the role supports business development by assisting FAs/PWAs/teams in organizing and executing their business plan, managing administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies (including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, and email connectivity), preparing and reviewing client reports or financial plans, assisting with research, and participating in client meetings. Analysts are also expected to participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.
